August Haven adheres to the following warranty and service policies.
One-Year Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty
August Haven will honor all manufacturers’ limited warranties covering defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery or pickup with the customer liable for all travel/transportation expenses to the home. August Haven makes no warranties, expressed or implied, other than those set forth herein. August Haven hereby disclaims all other warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Excludes all clearance, closeout and antique/found object merchandise.
Out of Warranty Service Policy
If a problem is reported within 15 days of pickup or delivery for merchandise purchased without a manufacturer’s warranty August Haven will waive any inspection or repair charges. After a period of 15 days the customer will be responsible for all service charges including, but not limited to, parts, labor and travel/transportation incurred in repairing the merchandise.
