Online Policies

After we receive your online order you will be contacted by an representative. Pending product availability, orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2:00 PM (CST) will begin processing within 24 hours and orders placed Friday-Sunday will begin processing the following Monday (except holidays). Your shipping options are based on the most efficient shipping methods available for the merchandise you have selected. Large items cannot be shipped in the same manner as small items. For example, a sofa will ship via a trusted freight carrier and a pillow will ship UPS. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. reserves the right to change the selected shipping method if necessary to accommodate the type of merchandise being shipped and shipping rates provided at checkout are subject to change. If the shipping method and/or shipping rate changes, you will be contacted and given the option to cancel or proceed with your order.

The following shipping options will be presented at checkout, depending on the type of merchandise you are purchasing and your shipping address:


Pending product availability, your order will be shipped out from our distribution center within two business days. Merchandise may be bundled together or in separate shipments depending on the type and quantity of items purchased. Certain “ready-to-assemble” merchandise will need to be assembled by customer. UPS shipping is available within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us for shipping outside of the U.S.

Freight/White Glove Delivery:

Merchandise is shipped through a freight carrier to a White Glove service in your area. The White Glove service delivers the merchandise fully assembled and sets it up in your home. Freight/White Glove Delivery service is available only within the 48 contiguous United States, not Alaska or Hawaii.

White Glove Delivery includes:

      • Placement in room of choice
      • Maximum of two flights of stairs
      • Unpacking of shipping materials
      • Removal of shipping materials
      • Up to 30 minutes of light assembly

Additional charges for flights of stairs and assembly time will be added to the rate quote.

Local Delivery:

Within our local delivery zones, we deliver the fully assembled merchandise to your home. Delivery appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Merchandise Pickup:

Customers within driving distance of our retail store at 800 Hansen Road, Green Bay, WI 54304; or our Distribution Center at 900 Challenger Drive, Green Bay, WI 54311; may wish to pick up their merchandise. Some items may need to be assembled by the customer. Pickup appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Undeliverable Shipments:

Refused or undeliverable shipments will result in a return shipping charge to the customer equivalent to the original shipping fee. (As stated above, the original shipping fee is not refundable.) Please enter accurate and complete shipping information during checkout to ensure successful delivery. Please accurately measure doorways, stairways, ceiling heights and entry paths for larger furniture items. Merchandise that will not fit through entry spaces will be considered undeliverable and subject to the above-stated fees.

RETURNS & REFUNDS accepts returns on full priced merchandise in its original condition and returned in original packaging (except as stated below). Preauthorization is required prior to returning any merchandise. Contact immediately to arrange for product return so that the merchandise is received in our warehouse within the time frames listed below. For merchandise that was originally shipped via UPS:

  • Contact for return preauthorization and issuance of a UPS shipping label.
  • Package the item(s) in original packaging or in a manner that will ensure safe transportation.
  • Items must be received in our warehouse within 14 days of the date you received the merchandise.

For merchandise that was originally shipped by a delivery service:

  • Contact within 7 days of the date you received the merchandise for return preauthorization.
  • We will schedule a time for your items to be picked up.
  • An email notification will be sent to you once we have received your merchandise.

 For merchandise that the customer picked up directly:

  • Contact for return instructions.
  • Items must be received in our warehouse within 14 days of the date you received the merchandise.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: Consumables, cosmetics, clearance, closeout, holiday and sale items. Shipping, delivery and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable. reserves the right to refuse a refund under the following conditions:

  • Merchandise received is not in its original condition.
  • is not contacted as set forth in the Returns policy above.
  • Merchandise is not received within the time frames set forth in the Returns policy above.

Product Damage Reporting:

We use great care when packing your items and we use the best shipping sources available. Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt and do not sign any delivery paperwork before inspecting the merchandise. In the unlikely event that you receive an item you believe was damaged in transit, please:

  • Contact us immediately at (855) 865-8765 or by email to
  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Photograph the item’s damaged areas.
  • Save the original packaging.
  • If delivered by White Glove service, make a note on the driver’s paperwork that the item was received damaged.
  • We will review the case with you and the carrier (UPS or delivery service). If it is determined that the damage occurred during transit, we will work to fix or replace the item.


Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days after we receive the merchandise and verify the eligibility of return. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information.


You can browse our site without entering any personal information and therefore remain anonymous during your visit. However, we hope that all of our visitors will register with us so that we can learn more about our valuable customers and send them updated product information and provide personalized service. We will not sell or share your information with outside companies or third parties.
